Ideal para unas horas de relajaci\u00f3n y conexi\u00f3n con el medio ambiente, esta ubicado en el centro del ca\u00f1\u00f3n del Colca con temperatura h\u00fameda y c\u00e1lida.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo llegar a Sangalle?<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Para emprender nuestra traves\u00eda tenemos que situarnos en la ciudad blanca de <a href=\"http:\/\/localhost\/blogchullos\/arequipa\/\">Arequipa<\/a> y dirigirnos a la estaci\u00f3n de buses para viajar hasta Cabanaconde donde empezaremos nuestra aventura.<br \/>\nNuestra caminata tiene una duraci\u00f3n aproximada de 4 horas y media de duraci\u00f3n a un paso tranquilo, esta es la ruta con menor tiempo de caminata ya que hay otras alternativas que implican un poco m\u00e1s de esfuerzo f\u00edsico y tiempo.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Consejos de viaje en Sangalle<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Ropa c\u00f3moda y ligera para poder caminar sin complicaciones.<\/li>\n<li>Zapatos c\u00f3modos o de trekking.<\/li>\n<li>Agua a la mano<\/li>\n<li>Frutos secos para el camino<\/li>\n<li>Es necesario llevar repelente de insectos.<\/li>\n<li>Bloqueador solar.<\/li>\n<li>Llevar bater\u00edas extra o cargadores port\u00e1tiles ya que en Sangalle no hay electricidad.<\/li>\n<li>Si tienen el presupuesto limitado lleven alimentos por su propia cuenta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para regresar, es posible volver por el mismo camino (con una subida extenuante) o extender un par de d\u00edas la aventura y realizar los circuitos de los senderos circundantes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SANGALLE Sangalle es un oasis escondido en el valle del Colca, posee una de las mejores vistas a su alrededor.
