Day 1

 

03:40 – 04:00 hrs:

Pick up at your hotel in Cusco to begin this exciting adventure in the Peruvian Andes.

 04:00 – 07:00 hrs:

Travel to the picturesque district of Layo, enjoying the spectacular high Andean landscape along the way.

07:00 – 07:30 hrs:

Enjoying a delicious local breakfast in Layo, preparing for the day ahead.

07:30 – 08:00 hrs:

We continue our journey along an unpaved road to the starting point of the hike to Pallay Punchu Mountain.

08:00 – 10:00 hrs:

Climb for approximately 2 hours to the top of the mountain, marveling at the natural beauty that surrounds us.

10:00 – 10:30 hrs:

Arrival at the summit and explanation by our guide about the orography and geography of the place.

10:30 – 11:00 hrs:

Free time to explore the summit, take photographs and absorb the tranquility of the surroundings.

11:00 – 13:00 hrs:

Descent back to the starting point, enjoying new panoramic views on the way back.

13:00 – 14:00 hrs:

Traditional lunch in Layo, where we will share our experiences and enjoy the local cuisine.
