Resumen
Tamshiyacu Reserve – 6Days & 5Nights, is a natural reserve where an incredible variety of wildlife live, some of them are in danger of extinction.
You will make trekking both day and night where you can appreciate the best of the jungle, also make camping and live a unique experience in the middle of nature, and navigate the Amazon River where you can practice piranha fishing and observe (Pink Dolphin, Caiman, Otters).
You will meet local communities where you will be able to learn about their customs and traditions. They will show you their ancestral stories, typical dances, handicrafts and native language.
Itinerario
Transfer to the camp and first contact with the Amazon.

Day 1
- 9:00 am: Our services Tamshiyacu Reserve – 6Days & 5Nights start with the reception at the Airport or Hotel in Iquitos, we will take you to our office to complete all the details of your excursion.
- 10:00 am: Transfer by land (road) and river (navigating the Amazon River) with a journey of 3 hours to reach the Lodge.
- 12:30 pm: Welcome of local fruits and distribution.
- 1:00 p.m. Lunch time.
- 1:30 pm: First contact with the wild jungle with a 2 to 3 hour walk, learning about medicinal plants, rubber trees and looking for animals such as monkeys, sloths, birds and others.
- 4:30 pm: You will have the afternoon free until dinner time.
- 7:00 pm. Dinner time.
- 8: 3o pm: Night boat excursion in search of caimans, capybaras (the largest rodent in the world), frogs, nocturnal birds, tarantulas, anacondas and others.

Day 2
- 6:00 a.m. Early in the morning, exploration by boat to observe birds. Then we will go fishing for piranhas, acarahuazu, sardines, catfish and others. This activity includes breakfast on board.
- 1:00 p.m. Lunch time.Boat excursion exploring lakes, observation of giant water lilies (Amazonian victoria) and dolphins (pink and gray), optional swimming near them, and the opportunity to observe the beautiful Amazonian sunset.
- 7:00 p.m. Dinner time.
- 7:35 p.m.: To end the day we will take a walk in the jungle in search of nocturnal animals such as tarantulas, toads, frogs, snakes, rodents, monkeys and others.

Day 3
8:00 a.m. Breakfast.
8:35 a.m.: To start the day we will explore the jungle by boat and walk through the jungle to look for prehistoric hoatzin birds (Shansho), monkeys and reptiles.
1:00 pm. Lunch time.
1:40 a.m.: Boat excursion in search of the Curassow bird, monkeys, anaconda, sloths and more wildlife.
7:00 p.m. Dinner time.
7:40 pm: Night excursion to be chosen by the passenger in coordination with the guide.
Extreme excursion

Day 4
8:00 a.m. Breakfast time.
8:30 am. Excursion by boat, we go to the exploration of the Yarina Lake in the primary jungle in search of anacondas, monkeys, other varieties of birds and mammals.
1:00 p.m. Lunch time.
Exploration by boat and hike. Learn about how to survive in the jungle, know the elements and materials to make a shelter, vines to get water and food to eat.
7:00 p.m. Dinner time.
Free night to relax.
Outdoor camping

Day 5
8:00 Breakfast time.
We will leave to go camping in the jungle sleeping in tents (overnight there) where we will explore primary forest, hiking, fishing, caiman spotting and symphony of jungle sounds (full exploration) in this tour lunch and dinner in the open air is included.
Visit to native villages and return to camp.

Day 6
- Return from the camp to the Lodge.
- 8:00 a.m. Breakfast time.
- 8:30 a.m. We will visit the village of San Juan or Ayacucho and have the opportunity to buy handicrafts. We will talk about what we did in the 5 days in the jungle (summary).
- 1:00 p.m. Lunch time.
- 1:30 or 2:00 p.m.: Return to Iquitos.
- 4:00 p.m.: Estimated time of arrival in Iquitos, transfer from the port to the airport or hotel.
