Itinerary
Pick up from the airpot – City Tour Cusco
1
Day 1
- For the start of the Tour Cusco Machupicchu 5Days/4Nights we will send a representative of Chullos Travel Peru who will be waiting for your arrival at the airport and also your transfer to the hotel. Free morning to rest and acclimatize.
- At 2:00PM you will be picked up from the hotel for the City tour and the visit to Koricancha (temple of the sun), guided tour of 45 minutes and then we will go to the car.
- After 30 minutes in the car we will arrive to Sacsayhuaman (from Quechua saqsay = place of satiation and waman = falcon, meaning “Place where the falcon is satiated”) where we will have a guided tour of 1 hour.
- Then we will visit Qenqo (ritual center in a rocky outcrop) place of much mysticism that you will feel when you enter the rocky outcrop.
- After 15 minutes of mobility we will arrive at PucaPucara (red fortress) military construction.
- Last visit will be Tambomachay known as Bath of the Inca where water worship was performed. After our journey we will take the mobility for the return to Cusco, approximate time of arrival 7:00 pm.
Sacred Valley connection

Day 2
- We will pass by the hotel at 8.00 am to start the tour of the sacred valley, after traveling 1 hour and a half in the mobility we will arrive at the ruins of Pisaq in which we will have a guided tour of 1 hour approx.
- Traveling in the direction of the river willka mayu or sacred river we will arrive to Urubamba capital of the sacred valley where we will have a buffet lunch (typical Andean food).
- After lunch we will travel 30 minutes by car to reach the town of Ollantaytambo to visit the archaeological site where we will have a guided tour of 1 hour, highlighting the Temple of the Sun, the Intihuatana and the Princess Baths and Andean terraces.
- After having a guided tour of Ollantaytambo we have to go to the train station to board the train that will take us to Aguas Calientes where we will spend the night to visit Machu Picchu the next day (IN THE EVENING THE GUIDE WILL PASS BY THE HOTEL TO GIVE YOU ALL THE DETAILS FOR YOUR VISIT TO MACHU PICCHU).

Day 3
- The tour starts very early (04:00 am) with the pick up from your hotel, then be transferred in a mobility to the town of Ollantaytambo where we board our train to the town of “Aguas Calientes” with a duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes.
At the train station our guide will be waiting for you and also with him we will go to the bus station where we will board the respective bus to get to the incredible world wonder Machu Picchu “The Lost City of the Incas”.
Arriving at the citadel of Machu Picchu we will show the entrance ticket, from this place we will start the guided tour of 2 hours.
Then we will return to the town of Aguas Calientes to have our lunch.
In the afternoon you will take the train back to Cusco (check in 30 minutes before departure of your train).
The return will be the same route of the outbound journey, upon arrival at the train station in Ollantaytambo will be waiting to take you to your hotel in Cusco.
Moray – Salt maras

Day 4
- The tour starts with pick up from the hotel at 8:00 am to go to the picturesque town of Maras.
After passing through the town of Maras we will go to Moray where the agricultural laboratory is located which is a place of concentration of feminine energy, which is considered as a magnetic center of the Pachamama where we will have a guided tour of 40 minutes.
After the guided tour in Moray we will take our mobility to go for 30 minutes to go to the salt mines “salineras” we will have a guided tour of about 1 hour and we will have time to make some purchases of salt bags or any souvenir items.
We will return by the same route to Cusco, approximate time of arrival is 3:00 pm.
Transfer to the airport

- Depending on the time of your flight, the shuttle will go to your hotel to transfer you to the airport or bus terminal.
- This is the end of our Tour Cusco Machupicchu 5Days/4Nights.

Where to store your belongings?
Any belongings (suitcases and backpacks) that you do not wish to take with you during the tour can be safely left at your accommodation, as they have a luggage storage service.
