Lima Art Museum (MALI)

Lima Art Museum (MALI)

One of the most important cultural sites in Peru is the Lima Art Museum (MALI). This museum, which houses more than three thousand years of Peruvian art, from pre-Columbian to contemporary works, is located in the center of Lima, right on Plaza Grau.
Visiting MALI is a way to explore Peru’s history, identity, and creativity over the years. Its collection is recognized as one of the most comprehensive in the country.

The Palacio de la Exposición, where it is located, is a 19th-century building that is an architectural gem; therefore, the tour is a comprehensive cultural experience: art, history, architecture, and urban space in one place.
