The Picoy Hot Springs have a beautiful reddish color and give off a distinct sulfur smell due to the minerals. Their thermal waters have medicinal properties and are very rich in iron, sulfur, chloride, sulfate, and magnesium, recommended for people suffering from rheumatism, arthritis, skin problems, stress, acne, varicose veins, liver ailments, cramps, muscle pain, osteoporosis, and rheumatism. It consists of a popular magnesium pool that offers healing properties for stress and promotes muscle relaxation. These thermal baths are among the best preserved in the country. It includes two pools along with three underground pools built from stone in a style inspired by the ancient Inca civilization.

- Río Seco to Churín, about 202 kilometers.
- Via Huaura to Churín, 250 kilometers. Once in Churín, continue 23 kilometers until you reach the Picoy Hot Springs.
