On this route we will observe beautiful landscapes typical of the high Andean areas, where you will have a connection with nature and thus culminates our tour to the Salar de Uyuni. Itinerary
La Paz – Uyuni

Day 1
Transfer by Tourist Bus from La Paz – Uyuni
The bus will leave at 9:00 pm, we will travel all night in the direction of Uyuni.
Uyuni – Uyuni Salt Flat

Day 2
First we will start with the pick up from the bus terminal in the town of Uyuni.
Transfer to our cafeteria, where you will have a delicious breakfast.
Pick up from the cafeteria to start the tour (10:30 Hrs).
Then we will go to the train cemetery to see the old locomotives.
Then we head to the community of Colchani (the gateway to the Salar) where we will find rustic handicraft workshops and the rustic micro-processor of table salt.
Continuing with the expedition to the majestic Salar de Uyuni we will make stops to see salt extractions, salt eyes and the salt hotel Playa Blanca which currently only functions as a museum.
Later we will visit the most popular island of the Salar located in the middle of the Salar, Incahuasi Island, where we will hike and appreciate large expanses of cactus, sea rock fossils and spectacular 360° views from the lookout point.
At the end of our tour, we head to the town of Uyuni.

No es obligatorio pero sí muy recomendable. Debe tener en cuenta que a penas hay indicaciones en el camino y el Salar es el lugar perfecto para perderse ya que hay muy poca presencia de referencias visuales y tiene 10.500 kms cuadrados de extensión. Los riesgos de quedarse varado en la temporada de lluvias si desconoces el terreno también son muy altos. En cualquier caso necesitarás un vehículo 4×4.
