Day 1

  • The tour Machu Picchu and Seven Colors Mountain two days one night, starts with the pick up from your hotel at 3:30 a.m. and then go 2 hours approximately by bus from Cusco to Ollantaytambo train station. Then we will board the train from Ollantaytambo to Machu Picchu town also called Aguas Calientes the trip lasts 2 hours approx.
  • Arriving at Machu Picchu town we go to the bus station CONSETTUR, we board the mobility that will take us to the lost city of the Incas (Machu Picchu) with a duration of 30 minutes, at the point of entry our guide waiting for us to enter, at the checkpoint we will show the entrance ticket. From this place will begin the guided tour of 2 hours and 30 minutes where you will be explained the informative part of Machu Picchu, after all the tour will have some free time to appreciate the scenery and take pictures.
  • Then we will return to the town of Aguas Calientes to enjoy our lunch.
  • After our lunch we will have to go to the train station in Aguas Calientes and board the train that will take us to Ollantaytambo.
  • At the Ollantaytambo station a representative of Chullos Travel Peru will be waiting for you with a sign and your names who will take you to your transportation to return to Cusco and take you to your respective hotel.

Day 2

Cusco – Cusipata

  • First we will start with the respective pick up from the hotel within the historic center of Cusco from 4:30 to 05:00 am.
  • Then we will head in our tourist transport south of Cusco to the community of Tintinco in the district of Cusipata, where we will have our first stop to enjoy a buffet breakfast.
  • Then we will continue our journey by road for 1 hour and 30 minutes to the parking lot, from where we will start our hike.
  • Later we will have a 2 hour hike to the Seven Colors Mountain, where we will be able to witness most of the fauna such as alpacas, vicuñas and llamas, upon arrival we will have enough time to take pictures and walk through much of the place and observe all the surrounding landscape and rest a little to start the descent.
  • Then we will return by the same route to the parking lot to return to the district of Cusipata, Tintinco community where we will have a buffet lunch and finally return to the city of Cusco (approximate time of arrival 17:30 hrs).

Participants must inform us before and during the trek about any medical condition or injury. Although our guides carry first aid kits, it is recommended that you bring your own personal medication. We also suggest that you consult your doctor before booking this tour.

Where to store your belongings?

Any belongings (suitcases and backpacks) that you do not wish to take with you during the tour can be safely left at your accommodation, as they have a luggage storage service. However, if you do not feel comfortable leaving your things there, you can also bring them to our office for storage during the tour.
