The Ayahuasca retreats ceremony in Cusco covers eight techniques of Inca wisdom. The Shaman performs a precise calculation of the Ayahuasca dosage based on the individual diagnosis. This therapeutic approach in the Ayahuasca retreat consists of three intakes, designed to foster awareness, purify and heal the body, mind and spirit.

Energy Cleaning

 Day 1

We start this Ayahuasca Ceremony in Cusco with the pick up from our meeting point at 9:00 a.m., today we will fast. We will head to the Retreat Temple where we will start with the Coca Leaf Reading Ceremony and then we will do a cleansing of negative energies.

Then we will have a break for reflection, then at 6:00 p.m. we will continue with the ceremony and finish with a rest.

Interpretation of Visions

Day 2

In the morning after personal cleanliness we will enjoy a breakfast, we will talk with the Shaman about our visions and anecdotes about what the Ayahuasca provoked in us, the master Shaman will interpret each of our visions.

You will have the afternoon free to meditate and at 6:00 p.m. we will do the second Ayahuasca Ceremonial session.

Meditation and Absolute Relaxation

Day 3

Today is the day of absolute meditation.

You will get up to clean yourself and then you will have an organic breakfast.

Lunch and dinner under the organic diet, then you will share your experience with the Master who will guide you to a clearer understanding of your messages and visions with Ayahuasca, afterwards you can join with the assistant to hike in the mountains and rivers enjoying the scenery or you can take advantage of your free time for yourself.

In the morning a delicious breakfast awaits you, you can enjoy the pool or do meditation, in the evening we will meet for the last Ayahuasca Ceremony session and at the end we will take you to rest.

Offering to Pachamama – Blossoming Bath

Day 5

You will wake up at 7 am for breakfast and then we will do the Ceremony to the Pachamama, we give thanks to align the energies in complete harmony with the earth. We conclude with the Blossoming Bath, which serves to protect against negative energies.

We end with a brief conversation to share your experience, the Master will be able to guide you to a clearer understanding of your visions and the messages of Ayahuasca.

Then we will return to the city of Cusco, upon arrival we will end our Ayahuasca Ceremony services in Cusco.

Who can take ayahuasca and from what age can they take it?

Anyone can take ayahuasca, even from the age of 13 years old to senior citizens. Of course, young people will be administered according to the dosage recommended by the shaman, as well as senior citizens.

 What should not be consumed before taking Ayahuasca?

Participants should not consume at least three days before the retreat drugs (except 1 month minimum in case of cocaine), alcohol and avoid canned foods, sausages, pork, beef, salt in excess and sugar, should not consume medicines, pills, antibiotics with or without prescription, injections, vitamins and / or supplements.

Avoid sexual intercourse and masturbation, no chili in your food, chocolate, do not drink coffee or soda. If you are taking medication or are on your menstrual period, please inform us in advance, to talk to the Shaman and confirm that you will be able to participate in the Ayahuasca ritual. It is forbidden to ingest any type of medication during your stay at the Retreat Temple.

Who cannot take Ayahuasca?
All people who have these problems cannot drink Ayahuasca, as an alternative they can participate in the other Inca ancestral ceremonies: pregnant women, clients with heart problems, people with mental problems, epileptics, high blood pressure, children under 14 years old unless they have written authorization from their parents and other diseases of higher risk. Please inform our staff.
