Day 1
Reception and welcome
Reception of visitors accompanied by typical music of the community, we will be in charge of the Varayoc (head of the community).
Everyone will introduce themselves indicating their name and the country they are visiting us from, while we enjoy a mate de muña as a welcome.
Textile Learning
There will be an exhibition of the activities prior to the weaving of art pieces, where we will learn about dyeing, design and weaving.
We will participate in the art of weaving, we can make a bracelet, a belt or a keychain, always accompanied by master craftswoman.
Break
After this activity we will enjoy a delicious Andean snack (boiled potato, cheese, mote, corn canchita, etc.).
Free time
You will have free time to buy some textiles of your interest or typical products of the area.
Return to Cusco
Farewell to the sound of music and return to the city of Cusco to finish our activity Textile Art in the Sacred Valley.
