The tour begins with a visit to the San Pedro Market, one of Cusco’s most emblematic markets, where you will have the opportunity to learn about and select fresh and native ingredients used in Peruvian cuisine, such as potatoes, corn, aji, local herbs and more. This market tour will allow you to discover the rich diversity of products that are part of our culinary culture.
After shopping, we will head to a modern local kitchen, where you will learn how to prepare a traditional menu, which may include dishes such as ceviche, lomo saltado, aji de gallina or pachamanca. Under the guidance of a professional chef, you will follow step by step the ancestral techniques that have made Peruvian cuisine famous around the world.
At the end of the class, you will enjoy the delicious dishes you prepared, sharing the experience with other participants in a relaxed and cozy atmosphere.

Day 1
Meeting point
We’ll begin the culinary adventure at the agreed meeting point and visit one of Cusco’s oldest markets, where you’ll see a wide variety of fresh, local products typical of Peruvian cuisine.
Shopping and Guiding
We’ll purchase the ingredients for the class while our guide gives a brief tour of the San Pedro market, explaining the origin and use of the most representative local products in Peruvian cuisine.
Preparation
Afterwards, we’ll head to our facilities to begin preparing typical regional dishes. Guided by the chef, we’ll create a four-course meal including a starter, main course, dessert, and pisco.
Tasting
At the end of the preparation, we’ll enjoy tasting our creations and conclude the experience with a toast. The tour ends at approximately 12:00 p.m.
