Pick up from Hotel – Cusipata
The tour starts with the pick up from the hotels near the Historic Center of Cusco or from a meeting point in the Plaza Regocijo, between 04:00 and 05:00 am.
The trip to the town of Cusipata lasts 2 to 3 hours, during which you will enjoy the impressive landscapes of the southern Andean valleys. Along the way, you will be able to admire small villages typical of the area, while delighting in the unique panoramic views that reflect the local culture in all its splendor.
Breakfast – Beginning of the trek
We will stop at our restaurant in Cusipata to enjoy a delicious breakfast that includes eggs, natural juice, jam, butter, fresh bread and tea or coffee. This breakfast will provide you with the necessary energy to face the adventure that awaits you.
Then, the transportation will take us to the beginning of the hike, located at 4,500 meters above sea level. The route is 4 to 5 kilometers long, with an elevation gain of 650 meters, and the hike to the top of the 7 Colors Mountain will take between 1.5 and 2 hours, depending on your physical condition and level of acclimatization.
